Doubt and faith are interlinked so much and it is often when we have doubts that we need faith the most. This week we dive into the heart of what happens when we have our doubts and we have a crisis of faith. Whether those doubts are huge or small (yes, Tovah shares her concerns about not having a preferred type of coffee) we need to figure out how to move through our doubts.
Whether you're religious or not, you can still lose faith. Losing faith might mean no longer believing in values you used to live by; not wanting to do the things that usually bring you joy or peace; not seeing the purpose or meaning of anything; no longer believing in your religion, or questioning parts of your religion; asking questions like "where is God now?" and "why is God allowing me to suffer?"
Losing faith can be similar to grief but all is not lost, even if it feels like it is. Tovah and Rielly and the episode talking about what you can do help move through your doubt and find your faith again.
As always we end with some homework and action items. Faith is a personal journey, join us as we talk this walk together!
